Hey Fresh Community! We are so excited bring you our new Fresh App on November 24th, 2022! A new app means new and better ways to enjoy your Fresh Favourites.

As you may know by now, our Fresh Loyalty system is changing to Fresh Rewards. With this change comes exciting new offers, promotions and benefits for all app users! Naturally, you may have some questions. And thats what this page is here to help with!


The points you accumulated will be transferred over automatically to different coupon cards or gift cards. The coupon or giftcard you receive will depend on your total point value.

Yes! Your points will be transferred by week of Nov 28, 2022. The transfer process will take some time so we apologize in advance

All credits currently held on the app will be transferred to you as a gift card which you will be able to use on your next order with us.

The gift cards currently held in your account will all be transferred automatically onto the the Fresh App. You will see this reflected under the "payments" tab in the new app and from there you will be able to see the balance on the gift card.

You will be able to access new offers and coupons on the Fresh App. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on our Instagram to stay updated on all Fresh news!

There will be exclusive offers and coupons on the app. Sign up or login into your account here to access them today!

All new accounts will be sent a password reset email. Once a new password has been created, you will gain access to your new account!

Yes. DoorDash will still be our delivery partner. Our delivery process will not change with our new app.

Yes! You can now choose your favourite Fresh location and placed the order directly from there.

All existing Fresh App accounts have all been sent a password reset email. Once the new password has been created, your account can be accessed from there. If there are any issues logging in after, feel free to contact us here.

Yes, all payment information will be removed. New payment details can be added by going to More > My Account > Add Payment Method and once saved you're all set!
