Fresh on Sunset is the first U.S. location for the chic Canadian plant-based restaurant, as founder Ruth Tal partners with former “Top Chef Canada” judge Shereen Arazm (Terroni). The modern, completely plant-based menu features poutine with mushroom gravy, Jerusalem-style fresh hummus with sumac, a house-made chipotle grain burger, smashed avocado toast, charred greens and feta flatbread, tofu scrambles and a plethora of fancy salads, wraps and bowls.
