Fresh on Sunset is the first U.S. location for the Canadian plant-based restaurant, which serves lots of grain-based bowls and snacks (quinoa onion rings and a powerhouse beach bowl, anyone?) alongside a kickin’ craft cocktail menu with veggie-inflected drinks like the Julia Caesar with sweet potato vodka and vegan Clamato, and this Wild Muskoka Mule, which begins with Nat Kidder Navy Strength vodka, organic lime, cold-pressed organic raw ginger, ginger beer, rosemary and spiced maple bitters. The maple bitters add a different dimension to the gingery, fizzy mule, a nod to Canadian flavor.
